About saving a search
In TalentNeuron Plan, a saved search is called a “project” and includes one or more locations, Talent Profiles, and employers.
A project can be created in one module and viewed in another. For example, if you create and save a project in Competition, you can later open and view it in Locations. A project must be saved before it can be shared.
Saving a project
Click the floppy disk icon in the upper-right corner of the screen. This icon is present on all of the search results pages within Plan.
Click Save to save your project. (If you’ve already saved your project and want to create a second version, click Save as new to create and save a copy.)
Enter a name for your project and click Save.
Any time you make changes you want to keep (like adding a new location to your search), you’ll need to re-save your project.
Accessing your saved projects
Click the home icon in the upper-right corner of the screen, or the word Gartner logo next to TalentNeuron. This will bring you to the Plan homepage.
In the gray bar on the left side of the screen, click the paper and magnifying glass icon or the word Projects. Here you will find a list of all of the projects you’ve saved.
Hovering on a project shows the different actions you can take: open, copy, share, and delete.
