About sharing a search in Plan
In TalentNeuron Plan, you must save your search before sharing it. A saved search is called a “project” and includes one or more locations, Talent Profiles, and employers.
You can share your project with another TalentNeuron user. Because viewing a shared project involves logging into the Plan tool, you can only share searches with other people in your organization who have a Plan license. If you’d like to share your search results with someone who doesn’t have a license, we recommend exporting the data to an Excel file.
When you share a project, you are creating a copy and sending it to another person. In other words, any changes that you make to your project won’t affect the recipient’s version, and any changes the recipient makes won’t affect yours.
Sharing a search will also share any Talent Profiles, custom locations, or custom employers included in the search. These will appear in your recipient's search bar (marked with a pink badge icon) for future use.
Sharing your project
You can share a project from the results page or from the Projects page.
From the results page:
Click the arrow icon in the upper-right corner of the screen. This icon is present on all of the search results pages within Plan.
A modal window will appear. Here, you’ll need to select a recipient within your organization. You can also choose to include a message that will appear in the email notification that the recipient receives.
From the Projects page:
First, navigate to the Plan homepage by clicking the home icon in the upper-right corner of the screen, or the word Gartner logo next to TalentNeuron.
In the gray bar on the left side of the homepage, click the paper and magnifying glass icon or the word Projects.
